The HSC examinations have always been stressful for Year 12 students, however, in 2020, with external factors like bushfires, floods and COVID-19, students were more stressed than usual. 

Whether it would be to go for a walk or make a smoothie, study breaks make the world of difference helping improve focus, productivity, and most importantly reduce stress. However, taking short breaks can often feel like wasted time or become a distraction.

By partnering with a number of specialist Study Break Tutors on TikTok we helped inspire HSC students to #stayhealthyhsc by taking a short break and share tips of their own.
