During COVID-19, we embraced self-isolation and turned it into a creative opportunity to drive UGC
and positive sentiment for Samsung, with a platform that had potential to extend beyond the pandemic. We developed and executed a unique campaign remotely, in collaboration with influencers and using the key camera features on the latest Samsung handset, the S20 Ultra, as a mechanic to engage with our audience.
#FromMyWindow launched across Instagram and Snapchat, organically and with paid media. Users were invited to capture and share their own unique view of the world, resulting in a whole host of UGC submissions that were heroed on @samsunguk’s Instagram feed and Stories each week.
