Costa asked us to help launch their new brand proposition, Little Moments of Happiness, and help the nation fall back in love with their favourite coffee shop. Our brief was simple – make people smile. 

So we used the most appropriate day of year to do this - April Fools' Day – and launched 'Costa and a Kip': a service which offered customers a 15-minute power nap in an ostrich pillow before being served their coffee.
