Project Coordinator/Project Manager – Co-maker

 

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and highly organised Project Coordinator or Project Manager to join our growing Co-maker team.

Co-maker is One Green Beans social influencer identification and Co-creation platform.

Becoming a Bean, means working with a great bunch of people, on some award winning integrated campaigns for some of Australia and the Globes best clients. It will also allow you access to everyone in the agency from PR to social, to creative, production, and beyond.

Ideally you will have social media or content creation experience, gained from working either agency side or in-house. You will be incredibly organised and love managing a spreadsheet..

Some of the responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to:

  • Project administration/management
  • Creation and management of project documents including collation of shortlists, briefs and agreements and project workflow documents.
  • Collaboration and management of multiple social creators/influencers including briefing and content collation, feedback and time management  
  • Evaluating social influencer and content creation programs
  • Maintaining knowledge of the industry and current developments
  • Attending client meetings and managing the expectations of internal stakeholders

Social Senior Account Manager

(circa: $85,000 - $90,000)

  

Join One Green Bean as a Social Senior Account Manager, working within a fantastic team and on some amazing clients who aren’t afraid to push the boundaries. 

You will have big brand experience, having worked within either a social or integrated agency. You’ll act as a real mentor to the junior members of the team, so will have extensive people management experience with a confident and trusted leadership style. 

We’re looking for someone who epitomises One Green Bean’s four core values. This means you will: 

Always be two steps ahead – of your clients, of your team, other agencies, the industry, even of yourself. We’re a fast-paced, ever-evolving agency and you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable and solutions focused to not just keep up, but stay ahead. And by the way, we work quickly, not carelessly. Roles and Responsibilities:

Exceeds client expectations in terms of social media and digital programs, evaluation, timelines, budgets, creativity and quality – with the support of their team and fellow directors as necessary

Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Identifies and displays strong people management and development skills, with an emphasis on up-skilling junior team members in all aspects of the role. 

Leads or otherwise participates actively in team, staff and client meetings. 

Leads colleagues in following industry trends with an emphasis on media strategy. 

Routinely invests in building Agency morale and capacities.

Junior Social Media Manager

(circa: $80,000 inclusive)

 

One Green Bean is looking for a new Junior Social Media Manager to join its Coca-Cola South Pacific team.

The Junior Social Media Manager helps to oversee and manage the delivery of all aspects of social media marketing initiatives for the brand(s)/projects they are responsible for.

The Junior Social Media Manager guides all social media activities working closely with stakeholders across the Coca-Cola South Pacific business. The Junior Social Media Manager is a strong internal collaborator – working in close partnership with the rest of the Social team.

The Junior Social Media Manager also gets their hands dirty in the day-to-day. They act as the voice of the brand and are responsible for furthering conversation with the communities they manage, and oversight of the Community Managers to ensure communities are actively managed in line with brand guidelines.

The Junior Social Media Manager is deeply passionate about social and digital media and is excited to be at the forefront of the transformation of marketing & communications. The Junior Social Media Manager helps the whole team stay one step ahead of social and digital trends.

Ideally you will come from an agency background, with at least three years experience

Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Highly organised and enthusiastic
  • Excellent at compiling budgets, project plans and timelines
  • Also has the ability to manage budget tracking and project deliverables, able to put together presentations and present work
  • Excellent knowledge of social. 
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of paid media and is capable of developing and running paid campaigns

PR Account Director

We’re looking for another Green Bean – a PR AD. Someone who has at least six years PR experience under their belt and some solid consumer know-how.

We need an AD to join our tight-knit, hard working family of 60 + beans. Basically, you’ll be a key part of a team doing career-defining work on some of Australia’s best and brightest clients.

PR Account Executive/Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a talented, confident, creative and passionate PR AE or SAE to join our growing team.

One Green Bean is just over ten years young, and we have worked on some stonking campaigns. We pride ourselves on people really making the agency, and stand by our values when it comes to recruitment.

Ideally you will have around 2 years PR experience, gained from working either agency side or in-house.

Some of the responsibilities of this role, include, but not limited to:

  • Account administration/management
  • Drafting agendas and organising meetings
  • Management of WIP documents and contact reports
  • Proactively suggesting angles and ideas that will result in PR activities and coverage for the client
  • Evaluating PR programs and PR results, closing the loop on all activities
  • Maintaining knowledge of the industry and current developments
  • Attending client meetings and managing the expectations of internal stakeholders
